The ground floor includes a living area with sofas and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a separate bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, a second living room has frescoed walls and access to the terrace; bathroom facilities on this floor include a shower and a bathtub.
Furnished terraces and a large garden surround the villa. A round swimming pool overlooks the sea and is open from 1 May to 31 October. Access down to the sea is shared with other villas in the area.
