The villa is in an elevated position in Liscia di Vacca. Giglio Beach is 1 km away; Sposa Beach is 2 km away; Liscia di Vacca Beach and Cala Granu Beach are 2 km away; Cala Pitrizza Beach is 3 km away; Cala del Faro Beach is 4 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Porto Cervo is 2 km away, and shops, restaurants, and local services are nearby in Liscia di Vacca.
