Villa Ananda is a private structure for lease only on Sardinia's south-western coast, in the territory of Domus de Maria. The property has a main building and a separate annex, Mediterranean gardens, outdoor seating areas and views toward the sea. The main building has a kitchen, dining area, living room, three double bedrooms and three shower bathrooms. The annex has a bedroom with joinable twin beds and an en-suite shower bathroom.

The irregular-shaped pool is approximately 10 x 4 m, with a depth sloping to approximately 160 cm. It has internal stone steps, chlorine purification, underwater lighting, a decking solarium and sunbeds. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding property is only partially enclosed with fencing, hedges and a gate.

The villa is in the hills of Chia, in the municipality of Domus de Maria. Beaches include Monte Cogoni at 1.6 km, Chia at 1.8 km, Campana Dune at 1.8 km, Cala del Morto at 1.8 km, Su Giudeu at 3 km and Tuerredda at 6 km. Chia shops and services are 2 km away. Access roads are paved. The property entrance is reached through a pedestrian gate at street level, followed by stone steps to the main garden; the annex is reached by a flight of steps adjacent to the pool. One private parking space is at the entrance. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. Pets are limited to one per reservation.
