The villa is on a gentle hill and the property is reached by 200 m of unpaved road. The Adriatic beaches are 5 km away at Silvi Marina, 6 km at Montesilvano and 15 km at Pineto. Shops and essential services are less than 2 km away. The pool is reached by six steps, and the villa has internal stairs and several intermediate levels.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are accepted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
