The private outdoor pool is 12 m by 3.5 m and 1.55 m deep. It is emptied and closed from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. The private indoor pool is 6 m by 4 m and 1.10 m deep, with a maximum temperature of 25–29°C. Indoor-pool heating is free from 1 October to 30 April and costs 17,000 TL per week in other months.

Kalkan centre and beaches are described as being a short distance away. The sea and beach are listed as 700 m away. A mini-market is 250 m away, a restaurant is 150 m away, and a bus stop is 200 m away.

The maximum occupancy is 10 people plus one child aged 0–5. Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is unavailable from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. A 10,000 TL deposit is collected and returned after departure if no damage is found.
