The 14 m × 7 m pool is about 50 m from the property on a lower terrace, reached by a stone staircase. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, has a variable depth of 1.30 m to 4 m, submerged steps, a metal ladder and a diving board. The adjacent pool house has a sitting area, kitchenette and two changing rooms with bathrooms and showers.

Internet Wi-Fi connection is available.

The property is about 6 km from Macerata and about 28 km from the sea and Civitanova Marche beaches. The access route includes 800 m of paved and unpaved road with holes. The pool is reached by a stone staircase and is about 50 m from the property on a lower terrace.

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed. The property is partially fenced. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
