## About the house

Villa Ambra has two buildings, several indoor and outdoor dining and relaxation areas, an indoor kitchen, a large professional kitchen in the second building, a landscaped park and a sea-facing infinity pool. The villa was redesigned and renovated in 2012. The property includes three double bedrooms on the ground floor, a loft bedroom with a double bed, Jacuzzi tub and shower bathroom, and an upper-floor double bedroom with divisible bed, en-suite shower bathroom and kitchenette. One ground-floor bedroom also has a divisible bed; two ground-floor rooms have a connecting door. The park includes a private synthetic-grass tennis court with lighting, outdoor gym equipment, table tennis and a heliport.

The sea-water infinity pool is about 15 m from the villa and is accessed through the garden along a natural slope. It is 13 m long, has a maximum depth of 1.30 m, chlorine purification and a sandy sunbathing area. The pool is available from the third Saturday of May to the end of October. A separate external hydro-massage tub has heated seawater and there is a solar shower.

The villa is 50 m from a sandy beach and cliff. The access roads include 50 m of unpaved road in good condition. Private indoor covered parking is available for 2 cars. Castelsardo is about 8 km away, Sassari about 25 km away, and Lu Bagnu shops and services about 5 km away.

Pets are allowed. The property is fenced. The swimming pool is available from the third Saturday of May to the end of October.
