The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are permitted with mandatory extra cleaning. Heating is charged separately. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
Getting there
The property is reached from Via Gardesana by a narrow 600-metre hillside road. A flight of steps leads through the pool and outdoor dining area to the first-floor entrance. Beaches on Lake Garda are stated to be 600 metres away, and a supermarket is 6 km away. Three outdoor parking spaces are available.
