The pool maintenance team requires access to the house. Occasional encounters with local wildlife do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. A service fee of $120 varies with the number of days; a cleaning fee of $80 also applies.
Getting there
Marino Ballena National Park and the beach are a 7-minute drive away. Travel from San José airport takes 3.5 hours by car; alternatively, a 20-minute flight from SJO to Quepos airport is followed by 50 minutes by car. Occasional power outages and interruptions to the spring-fed water supply can occur. Insects, lizards, rodents and reptiles may occasionally be encountered despite pest control.
