The villa has open-concept living and dining areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, custom hardwood furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and access to an infinity pool deck. Wildlife including monkeys and tropical birds may visit the surrounding forest and gardens. A battery-backed solar system is designed to power the home during power outages; during an extended outage, automatic load shedding helps keep primary functions and the security system active.
