## About the house

The terrace overlooks an oak tree and holes 9 and 18 of La Romana Country Club Golf Course. The air-conditioned living room opens into a formal dining area seating up to 16. Outside are two sitting areas, a dining table seating up to 12, a BBQ, a private pool and a heated jacuzzi.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 each have a king bed; Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen beds. A separate powder room serves the shared living areas.

The fully equipped kitchen includes kitchen basics and cleaning supplies. A washer, dryer, laundry detergent, hot water, hair dryers and hotel-size toiletries are provided. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a parking space, a safe, satellite or cable TV and a speaker system. Staff is included.

Minitas Beach is a five-minute golf cart drive away. Required resort registration provides access to Casa de Campo facilities, including the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.

Non-smoking villa. Pets are not allowed. Occupancy is based on two guests per bedroom and is subject to final confirmation at the owner's discretion. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fees are additional. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. All guests must complete resort registration before arrival, providing guest names and passport numbers. Registration fees, paid directly to the resort, are $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and complimentary for children under 4.
