The fenced pool is approximately 15 metres from the villa and is reached by a short pathway with three steps. It measures 13 by 7 metres, has a gradually sloping depth of up to 1.40 metres, Roman steps and chlorine purification. It is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The pool area includes a four-person hot tub, heated from April to June and from mid-September to October, included in the rental price.

The villa is in the countryside surrounding San Costanzo. Marotta and Ponte Sasso beaches are 4 km away, and San Costanzo centre is 3 km away. The property has paved access roads and private parking for up to five cars.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Pet stays incur mandatory extra cleaning.
