The pool area is accessed by terracotta steps and a paved pathway and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is 14 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea and 3 km from Gabbro. Access includes 200 m of unpaved road. Parking is inside the property. The villa is 18 km from Livorno and 30 km from Pisa Airport.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit of 12 are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The property is not certified for reduced mobility access. Trash must be disposed of and sorted according to the provided instructions; additional charges may apply for non-compliance.
