The house

The villa accommodates 10 guests in five upstairs bedrooms. Four bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, television and en-suite bathroom with shower; the fifth has two single beds. There are five bathrooms in total, including a ground-floor guest bathroom.

The ground floor has an open-plan living area with a sofa, television, dining table and a kitchen with a fully equipped island. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The surrounding garden has a lawn and a covered terrace with a dining area and kitchenette. The residence provides concierge service and access to two private beaches. The swimming pool opens from 1 July to 15 September, between 09:00 and 22:00.

The sea is two minutes away. Palermo airport is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Cefalù attractions include the Norman Cathedral, Mandralisca Museum and Rocca di Cefalù, with medieval castle ruins at its summit.
