House rules
Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from November 1 through April 30 because of weather conditions. A deposit of 10,000 Turkish lira is collected and returned after checkout if no damage is found.
Getting there
The final 400–500 metres of the road to the villa are on a steep slope. A mini market is 1 km away, restaurants are 3 km away, the sea/beach is 4 km away and Kalkan centre is 3 km away.
