The house

The villa accommodates up to five guests. Its bright living area has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining table, and a living room with a double sofa bed, television and fireplace. Large windows open onto the outdoor spaces. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer; an iron and hairdryer are also available.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other has two single beds that can be joined upon request. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers. There is also an indoor half bathroom and an outdoor bathroom with a toilet and shower.

The large garden includes a private swimming pool, hammocks, deck chairs and a pergola with a dining table. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

San Vito dei Normanni is in northern Salento, between Ostuni and Carovigno, with access to the Itria Valley and Adriatic coastal destinations. Local attractions include the Basilica di Santa Maria della Vittoria, Castello Dentice di Frasso and Villa Comunale, also known as La Pineta. Nearby places to visit include Torre Guaceto Oasis and the beaches of Specchiolla, Torre Santa Sabina and Rosa Marina. Brindisi Airport is a 20-minute drive away, and Bari Airport is a 1-hour-30-minute drive away.
