How many guests can stay at Villa Alesia?
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. Additional guests may be possible with prior arrangement.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool for guests' exclusive use during their stay.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Is Wi-Fi available for remote work?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is included and is described as suitable for video calls, streaming and remote work.
What are the special house rules?
Events and outside guests are not allowed. Commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions. Guests should lock valuables in the safety deposit box.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled or modified more than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking item amount is charged. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount is charged. Payment of 100% of the booking item amount is required.
