No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Check-in is from 16:00 to 00:00 every day, and check-out is before 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €1,000 per booking is required. Pool heating, if available, is optional and charged extra. A fenced pool is available as an optional paid service.

A car is necessary. Pollensa town centre is 10.8 km away, and Playa de Muro sandy beach is 12.5 km away. Pollensa Golf Club is 7.4 km away. The property is 350 m from the Crestatx bus station.
