It has two floors, two hectares of land with olive groves and vineyards, a garden, a volleyball court and a ping-pong table. The villa is near Corsanico and is within reach of Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi, Lucca and Pisa.

The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October. The surrounding area has a changing room, sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas.

The villa is on a hill in Corsanico–Massarosa. Viareggio is 10 km away, Corsanico is 1 km away, and the beaches of Viareggio are 10 km away. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. The property is reachable by car; the A12 exit at Viareggio is 10 km away.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Small-size pets are allowed. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October.
