It has chlorine purification, internal and external lighting, and a surrounding solarium with a changing room, sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October.

The property is in the Corsanico-Massarosa area, not far from Lucca. Viareggio beach is 10 km away. Most Versilia beaches can be reached from Lucca by car in 30 to 45 minutes. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. The property is reachable by car via the A11, with the Capannori exit 11 km away, and via the A12, with the Viareggio exit 10 km away.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Small-size pets are allowed. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The pool is open seasonally from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October.
