The house

The villa has home automation and five bedrooms arranged across the basement, ground floor and first floor. Four bedrooms have a double bed each, and the remaining first-floor bedroom has two single beds. The ground-floor bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe; the others have wardrobes. Two cots are available. Underfloor and central heating serve the house, with ducted air conditioning except in the basement.

The main living area overlooks the garden and pool and has satellite television and a DVD player; satellite TV is available only in this room. There is a separate dining area, an equipped kitchen with a television, gas and electric cooking facilities, a microwave and direct porch access, and a separate laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. A first-floor library provides books. The basement has a foosball games room; outside the basement are a basketball hoop and a table-tennis table.

The saltwater pool measures 12.5 by 3.5 metres, with depths from 0.70 to 1.85 metres. The surrounding area has a shower, a mobile barbecue and eight loungers. Outdoor space includes a 40 m² paved area, 90 m² lawn and a 72 m² porch extending across the ground-floor façade, with seating and dining areas and access from the main hall, dining room, kitchen and main bedroom. A 15 m² first-floor terrace is accessible from two bedrooms, and a 50 m² rooftop terrace has sea and village views.

The rocky coast of Son Veri is 50 metres away, Cala Mosques beach is 600 metres away, and Es Trenc beach is approximately 40 km away. S’Arenal is just over 3 km away and Palma is less than 20 km away.
