The more than 200-year-old farmhouse has two floors, two kitchens, a living room, a dining room, a garden of about 1,500 sq m, an outdoor dining area and a swimming pool. The villa is in the hills nearest Pesaro, close to the Monte San Bartolo nature park and near the border with Emilia-Romagna.

The Adriatic Sea is 16 km away. The Pesaro train station and A14 Pesaro exit are 7 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Parking is inside the property for 2 cars.

The property is for lease only. Pets are accepted on request. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
