The villa has two floors connected by an internal staircase. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October and can be used at night with internal and external lighting.

The villa is near Milazzo. Capo Milazzo and Ponente beaches are 3 km away, La Tonnara is 5 km away and Tono is 6 km away. The gate is directly on the main road. The train station is 2 km away, shops and services in Milazzo are 2 km away, and the A20 Milazzo exit is 7 km away.

Parties and events are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit stated in the booking are forbidden without prior written authorization. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
