The house

The villa accommodates seven guests across two levels, with three bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms. The upper level has a king-bed master bedroom and a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, indoor dining table and direct pool access. The lounge has a 4K television with satellite channels and Netflix. Two queen-bed bedrooms are on the ground level.

All areas have direct access to the 100 m² outdoor patio. Outdoor spaces include a bohemian-style garden, private terrace and veranda. A freshwater swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and pool towels are available. Views include the sea, garden and mountains.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator and coffee facilities. Other facilities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a writing desk, washer, ironing equipment, soundproof windows, a safe, bath amenities, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. A baby crib is available. A welcome basket contains local delicacies and sparkling wine, and a welcome drink is provided.

Maid service is included every two days, with linen and towels changed every two days. Services include 24-hour reception, concierge, airport and port transfers, car and motorbike rental, boat trips, laundry and ironing, and massage. Beauty treatments and a doctor are available on request.

Kalafatis Beach is 300 m away on foot. Ano Mera is 3.2 km away, with a stated journey time of six minutes, and has supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, taverns, cafés and pastry shops.
