The pool is approximately 20 metres from the villa, reached by a short path across the lawn. It measures 8 x 4 metres, has a constant depth of 1.40 metres, salt purification, internal lighting and access by iron ladder. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

The property is in the hills near Uzzano. Access roads are paved up to the gate. The pool is approximately 20 metres from the villa via a short path across the lawn. Lucca is 30 minutes away by car; Pescia train station is 5 km away. Viareggio beach is 45 km away and Forte dei Marmi is 55 km away.

The property is available only as a private structure. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The swimming pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
