Taormina is 31 km away. Access includes 600 metres of paved uneven road. The property is at approximately 700 metres above sea level. The pool is about 200 metres from the villa along an extension of the veranda.

The property is available for lease only. Unauthorized parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
