The cabin has eight bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Beds comprise three king beds, one full bed, four twin beds in bunks and three queen beds. An open-plan kitchen, dining area and great room accompany a wood-burning fireplace, wraparound porch, balconies and a covered screened-in patio with a hot tub, propane grill and outdoor seating. A theater room has an 85-inch smart TV. An indoor sauna and spa room provide space for yoga, meditation and relaxation. Private chef meals, massages, daily housekeeping and grocery delivery may be available but are not guaranteed.

The home spans four levels, and several flights of stairs are required to reach the main level. It is at the top of Massanutten Resort, close to ski slopes, Stonewall Terrace Pool and Adventure Park. Resort amenities carry additional charges.

Weekend stays require a minimum of three nights unless otherwise specified. Events require host approval before booking, disclosure of guest and vehicle counts, and an additional event fee. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.; unreasonable noise is prohibited at any time. Respect neighbors' privacy and property. Keep tires off the roadway, leave fire hydrants clear and obtain explicit permission before parking beside other homes or lots. Buses, campers and RVs may use the overflow lot only with prior MPOA approval. Open fires are prohibited; never leave an outdoor fire unattended. Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on roads and common areas. Leash pets off the property and clean up after them. Keep trash inside the house, not outdoors or on screened porches.
