Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the guest count on the booking. Notify management of any changes to guest numbers. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Treat the property with respect and follow the house rules.
Getting there
The beach is a 200 m stroll away. Multiple external steps lead to the property. The home relies on tank water. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
