## About the house

The estate occupies a large garden block screened from surrounding streets by a leafy hedge. Outdoor facilities include alfresco dining, sun lounges, a private tennis court, a basketball hoop and mini golf.

An open-plan living and dining area has glass sliding doors, a large dining table and a fireplace. The full kitchen includes a breakfast bar, microwave and coffee maker, and there is a BBQ. A second living room has a full-height bookcase and TV. Bring your own wood for the fireplace.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a study nook and an ensuite with a bathtub and shower. Other bedrooms provide a queen bed, a double bed with an ensuite, and two single beds. A trundle in the rumpus room provides another sleeping space. There is also a full main bathroom, complimentary toiletries and an additional half bathroom. An internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

Free driveway parking and free street parking are available. Regional wineries, Arthurs Seat Eagle, Peninsula Hot Springs and bayside beaches are a short drive away.
