House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hen or buck celebrations. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the guest count on the booking. Notify management if the guest count changes. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home.
Getting there
The townhouse is up the hill from Lorne town centre and the main swimming and surf beach. Parking is limited to two car spaces. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
