The house

The studio is on the second floor of a secure historic building without a lift. The living and sleeping area has a 140 × 200 cm double bed. A fitted kitchen includes a dining area, utensils and dishes, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washing machine, heating and a hair dryer are available. The TV offers Molotov TV. Professional cleaning and linen preparation are provided, including bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.

The apartment is above a bar/nightclub, with potential noise from Wednesday to Saturday evenings until 06:00. Access is via a narrow spiral staircase, which requires consideration when travelling with luggage, young children or reduced mobility.

Grand Place and the Opera are a 15-minute walk away. Nearby are a U Express convenience store, shops, cafés and restaurants. Rihour metro is a 17-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station an 18-minute walk and Lille Europe station a 20-minute walk. Bateliers bus stop is a one-minute walk away, with lines 9 and 50 towards the stations. The V'Lille Halle aux Sucres station is at the foot of the building; the Ilevia application can be used for local travel.

Self check-in is available from 15:00, with key collection and return possible without the host being present. Optional services include luggage storage, a private driver, children's equipment and activities. Guest support is available from 09:00 to 23:00, and emergency maintenance technicians from 10:00 to 17:00.
