## About the house

Victoria on Broadbeach is a fully renovated apartment for up to four adults, close to Broadbeach restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping. Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and access to the building’s shared facilities.

The open-plan living room has a Smart TV and a work desk with a chair. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample bench space, a breakfast bar and a butler’s pantry. The private outdoor courtyard has a BBQ area.

Both bedrooms have a king bed, television, ensuite bathroom and courtyard access. The master bedroom has air conditioning and a walk-in wardrobe; the second bedroom has a ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe. Both ensuite bathrooms have double sinks. The master bathroom has a shower and separate toilet; the second bathroom has a shower and toilet.

A private internal laundry provides a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Fresh bed linen and bathroom and kitchen towels are supplied. Shared facilities include an outdoor pool with sun lounges and shaded areas, a heated spa, a gymnasium and a BBQ area with views over Broadbeach. A rooftop pool and sauna are also available.

One secure, allocated underground parking space is included. This is a non-serviced apartment; optional housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost. Pool and beach towels are not supplied. An initial starter pack includes tea, coffee, milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash and sachets of laundry and dishwashing supplies; guests purchase further supplies as needed.
