House rules
The renter must be at least 25 years old. All guests must abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. E-bikes are not allowed. Parking passes must be purchased at the security gate with a credit or debit card: 25.00 for the first vehicle and 25.00 for an additional vehicle, with a maximum of two vehicles.
Getting there
The condo is on the third floor, accessible by stairs only, with no elevator. Fish Haul Beach Park is within driving distance. Parking is limited to two vehicles. E-bikes are not permitted in the Spa on Port Royal community.
