## About the house

The villa has a spacious valley-facing verandah, an open deck with views of Nagewadi dam and a rooftop terrace. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with a queen bed, air conditioning and accommodation for two guests. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 2 uses a shared bathroom. Toiletries are provided. Breakfast is included, and home-cooked vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available with advance arrangements.

Cars can be driven right up to the property. Roads around Panchgani are slightly rough, and the final approach is muddy and can become slushy during rain. A sturdy car is recommended. Check road and weather conditions before travelling.

Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specific hours. Alcohol is allowed. Unmarried couples are welcome, and the home is LGBTQ friendly. The home welcomes children. Meal preferences must be arranged in advance. Optional experiences require prior booking and confirmation and are subject to availability.

## Is there separate accommodation for domestic help?
Separate accommodation with a washroom is available for up to two assistants or drivers at an additional Rs. 500 per night. Meals cost Rs. 250 per meal, payable to the caretaker in cash at the end of the stay. Notify the booking team if travelling with a driver.

## Are meals provided onsite?
Breakfast is included. Vegetarian meals cost Rs. 300 and chicken meals Rs. 400 per person per meal. Children's meals cost Rs. 300 per child per meal; meals for children below five are complimentary. Arrange meal preferences in advance and pay meal charges to the caretaker in cash onsite. Tea and coffee are served at breakfast and can be arranged at other times for an additional charge. A rooftop barbecue can be arranged for Rs. 500 for four people, with raw ingredients charged at actual cost. Seafood preparations are subject to availability and charged at actual cost.

Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours.

## Can cars reach the property?
Cars can reach the property directly. The surrounding roads are slightly rough, and the final muddy stretch can become slushy during rain. A sturdy car is recommended; check road and weather conditions before travelling.
