Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online identity registration, signing the digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before the entry code is issued; the payment link is sent a few days before arrival. The entry code becomes active at 15:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with a lift. Internal stairs lead to the attic and terrace. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
