Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of tourist tax are required before the entry code is released. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
