Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Before receiving access instructions, complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax through the payment link sent a few days before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge. A cot is available on request for €35 per stay. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor, with a lift. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
