Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax before receiving access instructions. The payment link is sent a few days before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets.

The apartment is on the second floor with elevator access. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
