Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, signing the digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before access is granted. A tourist-tax payment link is sent a few days before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets.

The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
