Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team before travelling with pets. A cot is available on request for €35 per stay. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and tourist-tax payment are required before receiving access instructions. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.

The apartment is on the raised ground floor. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
