House rules
Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before access is provided. Arrival access becomes active from 15:00. The reservation policy gives a check-in window starting at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ending at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Check-out is no later than 10:00. A cot is available on request for €35 per stay. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
