The renovated apartment has designer furniture, modern-style paintings and wallpaper, and large bright windows overlooking the canal. An entrance hall leads to a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and toaster.

There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a window. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, television and mosquito net are provided. The building has no elevator.

Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away, and Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away. Local experiences can be arranged on request. A cot is available on request for €35 per stay.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before access is provided. Arrival access becomes active from 15:00. The reservation policy gives a check-in window starting at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ending at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
