Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Check-in instructions are released after online identity-document registration, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax through the payment link sent a few days before arrival. Tourist tax varies according to local regulations; reservation-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor of a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is 1.1 km away. Key collection takes place at a separate location from 15:00.
