Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before receiving access instructions. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor in a building without an elevator. Clubs and other businesses nearby may cause evening and nighttime noise. Santa Lucia train station is a half-hour walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is less than 50 minutes away by transport.
