What is the cancellation policy?
A 75% refund is available for cancellations made up to 15 days before check-in before 1 PM. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in before 1 PM. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in receive no refund.
How many extra mattresses can be provided?
One extra mattress per room can be arranged onsite. Bed sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for extra bedding.
Is this home child-friendly?
Yes. There is space to run around and indoor activities including board games, table tennis and darts. A basic first-aid kit is available, and parents are advised to be cautious when children run around.
