The apartment accommodates four guests and occupies two levels on the first floor of a building with an elevator. The entrance opens into a living area with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and open kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, moka coffee maker and cooking utensils.
Stairs lead to a loft sleeping area with a queen-size bed, chest of drawers, TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second bathroom with a shower and a small balcony complete the layout. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are provided.
Palazzo Biscari and the Cathedral of Sant’Agata are a few steps away. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is a 10-minute drive away, and Catania Central Station is 1 km away.
