Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
The entire property must be booked.
Do you allow loud music?
Music is allowed, but loud music is not permitted because the property is near a forest area. Guests should keep the volume low and be mindful of the environment.
Are the roads to the property good?
Roads connecting to the property are good, but guests should check road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
Can the home be reserved for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Events and shoots are allowed subject to homeowner approval. Pool access for an event is subject to homeowner approval, and a refundable deposit or additional charges may apply.
What type of beds and mattresses are provided?
The bedrooms have king-sized beds with 8-inch mattresses.
