The house

The apartment occupies the first floor of a historic building with a lift and accommodates four guests. The living area has a sofa, dining table, television and fully equipped kitchen, and opens onto a lake-view balcony furnished with a table and chairs.

The master bedroom has a queen-size double bed, a wardrobe and access to a private terrace with a dining table, sun loungers and mountain views. The second bedroom has a double sofa bed, a wardrobe and a private lake-view balcony. There is one bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, fans and satellite television. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and juicer.

Varenna is on the eastern branch of Lake Como, with ferry connections to Menaggio and Bellagio. The Passeggiata degli Innamorati connects the ferry terminal with the village. Local places to explore include Villa Monastero, Villa Cipressi, Castello di Vezio, the Greenway dei Patriarchi and the Sentiero del Viandante. Orio al Serio airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes away by car.
