The house

The apartment occupies an entire floor, with one apartment per level and elevator access directly to the apartment. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the bathroom has a toilet and walk-in shower. A bright living area with contemporary décor, a fully equipped kitchen, a private veranda overlooking Rua dos Mercadores and a small interior patio complete the layout.

Facilities include air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a hair dryer. Toiletries, towels and bed linen are included.

The marina, waterfront promenade, restaurants, cafés, wine bars, local markets, shops and historic-center cultural landmarks are within walking distance. The apartment is on a pedestrian-only street with restricted vehicle access.
