The 4,521-square-foot home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with commercial appliances connects with the gathering spaces. The primary suite has its own sauna and Jacuzzi tub. The media room has an 85-inch TV, surround sound and a small bar area. Outdoors are a shaded patio, propane barbecue grill and firepit. Guests have access to Mustang Valley's private lake, playground, pickleball and tennis courts. A gym is included among the property spaces. A dryer and hairdryer are also available.
